Tech Lead
Tech lead, around ten years in software. Sets the technical and product direction, then builds the hard part himself. Runs cross-functional teams — engineers, QA, design — and pulls features through the departments around them. Designs flexible architectures, microservices among them, around what the product needs. Flutter and Dart first; Dart and Go on the server under Kubernetes; gRPC contracts first, clean layering.
